Brand Identity Development / CRM & Loyalty

As a coffee lover (or maybe addict), working with such an iconic coffee brand to create something new and fresh was a dream. We never wanted to lose sight of remaining faithful to Keurig's signature aesthetic across all brand interfaces, and valued the recognition and credibility that Keurig already had built up. We were tasked with creating the brand identity for their loyalty program and the end result was a playful take on the way the sensation of savoring a freshly brewed cup of coffee.

Color Palette

The new colors added to the Keurig palette came from our research and discovery into what consumers were going to resonate with the most. Through color, we wanted to create a system that felt like it was infused with energy.

Pattern

The pattern created was inspired by different moments and characteristics tied to coffee and the Keurig brand. It was used throughout different program touchpoints including CRM and web design.

Animation and Photo Treatments

We used animation and unique photo treatments to sustain engagement and visual appeal through promotional assets. Throughout the dozens of emails, we brought in these nuggets of animation to continue the thread of energy and playfulness.

CRM Design

Crafting the email deliverables was a delicate balance between refining design elements to prioritize functionality and communication important info, while also leveraging the newly established brand elements to infuse the content with a fun flare.
